I am fascinated by successful campaigns and social movements created through prosperous marketing strategies. The complex challenges, along with the wealth of digital platforms and skills required, inspire my creative and theoretical skills. My strong interpersonal skills and work ethic makes me committed to do what it takes to succeed and meet deadlines. My primary areas of expertise are Graphic Design, Website Development, Branding, Copy Writing and Content Creation.


BSc Marketing Degree (First Class) - My degree is AACSB Accredited, and I graduated with a Chartered Management Institute (CMI) certification.

The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing - In order to enhance my Digital Marketing skills, I completed The Google and IAB Europe Fundamentals of Digital Marketing Certification which consisted of 26 modules. Being certified by Google and IAB Europe has added depth to my degree knowledge.

The Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) - To advance my marketing knowledge I participated in the CIM certification, I completed Level 3 in both units Customer Communications and Marketing Principles.

Background Experience

I founded Arrow Digital Marketing Agency during my final year of university; however, prior to that (in my third year of university - industrial placement), I worked as a Marketing Assistant for The Adecco Group. To join an organisation that has been nominated amongst the top 5 multinational ‘Best Workplaces’ is a huge accomplishment. Here I worked across all 9 brands daily: Office Angels, Modis, Spring Technology, Pontoon, Roevin, Badenoch and Clark, Ajilon, Adecco, and The Adecco Group. During my time here I supported the marketing team in all aspects of projects and campaigns including digital, print, marketing automation, events, social media, and internal projects. Whilst also providing administrative support to the marketing team and conducting market research to support campaigns and content generation.

Duties Included: Conducting research and analysing Google Analytics data. Managing campaigns/ daily posts on social media using Canva and creating social media content calendars. Publishing content using the Marketing Automation tool Sprout Social. Using the CMS (Sitecore and WordPress) to update website content. Using ServiceNow an IT service management (ITSM) tool to raise tickets for incidents, requests, problems, and changes in support of our clients and business needs. Overseeing and developing marketing campaigns and strategies. Writing and proofreading marketing copy for both online and print campaigns. Developing relationships with key stakeholders both internal and external. Organising collateral and venues for events (events management).
